Love these guys. They are always really good and sweet with my dog. She gets amazing care here!
Im sure doctor young and her staff are great for cats and dogs, but I won't be taking my rabbit back. The vet tech (who's name started with a D, and she was probably 60 years old) took my docile rabbit out of her kennel by her ears. Yes, HER EARS. After weighing my bunny, she put her back in, only holding her front arms, so she was kicking frantically. When rabbits don't have their back legs supported, the force of their own kick breaks their back. I'm really disappointed by how she was treated.
I addressed my concern with doctor young herself and the front desk, and they both gave me the most unapologetic, "oh man" and shoulder shrug I've ever seen.
Outstanding and compassionate. The female veterinarian saw my cat and was pleased to help evaluate her. They gave me help I needed and we both felt as welcome as possible. I plan to use this place for as long as I live in the Salt Lake valley.

In addition, while doctor young is very kind, she doesn't give you any time to answer any questions without being interrupted. You go in with a bag full of questions and maybe one of them ends up getting half answered.
Dr. Young was very sweet and gentle with our pup, Bob. She answered all our questions, including ones unrelated to our appointment. She was very attentive and informative. Pricing is extremely reasonable and we got in same day! Thanks so much!
