You want a review? How about worst service in my entire life. Went out for a family dinner, first time in a long time. Found out our usual location at Fashion Place was shut down. So we go to this location since it was closest. Once we were seated and our waitress Heather brought us our drinks She ran out of straws and says she'll be back. With more straws and my 2 year olds Apple juice. She disappears for over 20 min. Then she served every table around us, topping off drinks and ignored us until our appetizers got done which took about 35 min and then she asked if we needed refills and I had to remind her to bring my son his juice. Then we were ignored again until food arrived. This continued until we left, never stopping to ask how things were or to check our drinks unless she was dropping off food or the check. When my brother and his husband asked if they could get extra shredded cheese or sauce on the four cheese mac she straight up told them no. Our other locating was always more than accommodating, the food was left so long in the back the cheese was crusty and the meal was cold. Only the bourbon chicken came out warm. Seriously disappointed, one of our favorite restaurants and we will never return to this location.
The burgers were great but if you want an awesome deal (for quality & price), get the mac and cheese (side or dish) and add chicken!
Food was great waitress great service but manager total racist. Paid with company card but had an issue with it. Had my boss on phone wanting to pay over the phone. Manager approved it. Them he walked over to see and he said no. I think i was racially profiled. He said they would not let none pay over the phone. After he had already approved it. Total a hole and racist.
Don't want to get anyone in trouble, but we didn't get carded last night! I mean, I'm over 21 (twice) but it was a bit strange for this locale. Good food, good drinks, good service.
Didn't think we paid? Microwaved chicken. Me and my roommates ordered to go because we had a gift card, it said it would be done in 10 minutes, so I left to pick it up. When I went in, they wanted me to pay for it and I explained that we used a gift card and already paid, she looked confused and asked someone else, the other girl just said "Oh we have to get the manager." They both walked off, I waited 10 minutes for the manager to come, all while my order is sitting on a cold table. When he came he didn't say anything other than "How are you?" He took the fries and vanished for a few minutes and came back with fresh ones. Thanks? He looked at the order, asking me everything we got. I only knew what I ordered. He just said ok and so I left. When I got home, I had chicken, it was a little tiny piece and was 13 dollars.. It was hot on the outside but the inside was colder than the room temperature.. The middle was extremely cold. The rice was not hot. My roommates ice cream was melted, and their food was not much better. This was my first, and last experience with them.
