Bad customer service, cannot reply to emails in a timely manner (if even at all), they take from you and give nothing back. I ask a question and they send me a packet rather than answering the simple question. They send WAY too much physical mail. Switch to email and you get nothing..... hmmmm. The company is a mess and this agency is horrible. Do not waste your time with them.
I have had this company as my insurance agency for years. They are absolutely fantastic! They are knowledgable and have wonderful customer service. They know who I am every time I call before I even tell them anything about myself. I probably could get lower rates from somewhere else but the service and care I receive from them makes me never want to change insurance. Absolutely top notch! Highly recommended!!
First time home owner, was surprised to see a cancelation notice in the mail before I even received my insurance papers from them. The reason? Chipping paint on my garage, that happened to be repainted before I even received the cancelation. No notice, no warning. Horrible communication.
