I am a single mother trying to help my son with a car. I have a car from.Markosian Auto. APG financial is my finance company.
These people don't value their own word. They will make a payment arrangement with you one day and the following night your car will be repossessed and they will charge you MORE money. APG Financial is the worst finance company I've ever used. I would recommend you find somewhere ELSE to get a car, maybe somewhere that will respect payment arrangements made with the staff.
I absolutely would never recommend going through APG Financial, nor Markosian Auto under any circumstances. Through being with them for almost 2 years. Never had I made a late or missed payment, and still only got issues from them. When renewing insurance policies, to get them to do their part in sending in any documents is legitimately next to impossible; only to receive calls and text messages from them saying they are going to disable your starter and reposes your car. Also, when I was in a car accident and they retrieved my car, I spoke with a lady by the name of “Veronica”. I had one last payment to make with them, and was told my car would still be able to be accessed to get the rest of my things that you can’t grab when they impound your car after a car accident, when I would come in to make my payment. I asked her to check if it was still there and she said yes. And again same thing, asked them to check when I got there BEFORE giving them the payment and she said yes. Right after I hand them the payment, they say oh actually sorry we took your car to a junk yard already. I’m very angry, and lost some very important things in that car. They are petty, they are liars, and I cannot believe their employee “ Veronica “ had the nerve to lie to me that way. I am perusing a case with bbb at the moment.
These guys are worthless! They screwed up the paperwork twice, threatened to come get my car over $10, and now are saying I didn't have insurance on the car for 4 weeks when it was less then 2 weeks because I switched insurance company's. Don't go to them or Markosian auto, they both suck.
I would not give this company any stars!

When they called I didn't have any more money so I made a promise to pay on November 10th. I was not aware banks were closed this day for veterans day... so I went to cash my check a different way. As I was driving to get my check cashed I received a call from my son...
I am appoled thus company is allowed to still conduct business! They are extremely unethical! They do a DISERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY! I AM VERY SUPRISED THEY GET AWAY WITH SOME IF THE THINGS THEY GET AWAY WITH!
So on March of 2017 I had went and got vehicle through markosian auto, I put 1000$ Down and made my payments every 2 weeks of 165$ never missed a payment. Well in October my vehicle had got impounded and apg had called me and said they would go pick up my vehicle for me I just ha to pay what they had paid to get it out well I ha already paid the $400 at the DMV and I told them if they could meet me at my work i would give them the realse form that I had already paid for well they went ahead and paid another &400 at the DMV I was told to go get refund by "Veronica" that she talked to someone at the DMV and they said that I could get a refund well I went to get the refund the day before I got paid because the day I got paid I was gonna go pick up my vehicle from them well they wouldn't work with me with the $400 so I wasn't able to go get my car back from them I called Friday and I asked since they won't work with me when can I come get my belongings out of the vehicle she told me that I could come Friday to get it out well I wasn't gonna make it in time by the time they closed so I called and they said to where my key was on file they would be able to get into my car after apg hours to get my belongings so I had my boyfriends mom take me up there o only find out they don't have my key on file and they told me to come back Monday 11-6-2017 and so my boyfriend went up there with his dad to get the belongings well he got there and everything not worth value was still in the car but everything worth value was gone even the boxes with the stuff that was woth value was still in there just not the item, so I had called "Veronica" to see what had happened with my stuff in the vehicle and she told me it all got thrown away well I called back as furious as I was and told her that nothing was cleaned in the vehicle when my boyfriend had got there just the stuff worth value was gone well long story short she back peddled and lied through her teeth about it all. WHATEVER YOU DO DONT!! GO TO THIS COMPANY!
They towed my car while my son was at work over a late fee that they said I could pay which I did pay!
I didn't owed any money for the payment it was for a $10.00 LATE FEE.
I called the automated system to pay my payment. I payed he amount I was told to pay by the automated system. A few days later I received a call saying I still owed my car payment. I called APG financial with my confirmation information. I was worried an error accrued with my account. I was told I owed a $10.00 LATE FEE. I did forget to pay my payment before midnight.
