The hand wash bays are okay and fair. The touchless system dryer system doesn't move during operation. If you pay for the dryer, it runs, but only dryers off the back of the car. Spotless dry isn't spotless... need to change the water filters.
The auto car wash works good however, one of the washers rubbed so close it bent my license plate in half, also the air dryer shuts off if you back up. I called the number and they explained why. I asked them if they have a membership, he responds back "we generate enough revenue not to scam people". Didn't seem like he even cared about my concerns. Will find another place to wash my car.
The guy there was rude.. I didn't even get to finish washing my truck before he came out n told me I needed to pull forward... I never got to rinse my truck there.. the guy wouldn't even listen to me n what I had to say... Bad customer service if you ask me... I paid 3.50 n would've done another 2 I'm the wash and at least 5.00 on the vacuum.. but with poor communication skills I'll take mine n my husband's business else where.. plus they had dirty handles and their washing facilities were messy garbage everywhere.
Clean and well stocked. All but one auto wash were working, trash empty, good vacuum
